I had a decent stay at the hotel, appreciated the friendly staff and the great location near the concert venue. However, the room air conditioning wasn't quite up to standard, which made my comfort level drop a bit. The price felt a bit high for what I experienced, especially since the dining options left a lot to be desired.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even offered us an upgrade to the Club level for an extra $50.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a block from Broadway, and within walking distance of everything, making it great for the Ryman Auditorium concert.
